In this interactive training, you will gain valuable insights into recognizing microaggressions and acquire practical strategies to address and mitigate them. By fostering awareness and providing actionable steps, this training aims to empower individuals to create a more inclusive and respectful workplace, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of professional interactions.
